Introducing our new Chair and Vice-Chair

In January 2020, our members passed a by-law at a Special General Meeting to reduce the size of the Board of Directors from nine (9) to six (6).

As a result of this change, our Board of Directors have been hard at work preparing to meet as a board of six members. Last night they held their first board meeting (virtually), since the AGM. The first order of business was to elect a new Chair and Vice-Chair.

It is our pleasure to introduce and congratulate, Paula Bodkin and Gary Goertz as your newly elected Chair and Vice-Chair respectively.

Middlesex Mutual Insurance Co. would also like to thank all of our Directors for their continued dedication to our policyholders and the communities we serve.
