Invitation: Virtual Annual General Meeting being held Tuesday, March 30, 2021

The Annual Meeting of the Policyholders of Middlesex Mutual Insurance Co. will be held by way of a virtual meeting on Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at 7:00 p.m.

All policyholders are invited to join us by providing your name, a valid policy number and email address. Please register by using the ‘Email Us’ button. Upon verification of membership, members will be provided with connection details to join and participate electronically prior to the Annual Meeting.

Registration is open until Monday, March 29, 2021 at 4:30pm.

The Board of Directors extends an invitation to all Middlesex Mutual Insurance Co. members to attend our Annual General Meeting. Join us to consider and approve the 2020 Financial Statements; appoint the auditor for the coming year; election of directors if necessary; and to hear about any other business as may be properly brought before the meeting.
