AMALGAMATION NOTICE

The Boards of Directors of McKillop Mutual Insurance Company and Middlesex Mutual Insurance Co. are excited to announce that we have entered into an agreement in principle to amalgamate effective January 1, 2024.
Following a thorough comparative analysis of our respective organizations, we have concluded that by combining forces, the new organization will be in an even better position to confidently and effectively overcome whatever challenges the future may hold and to meet the expectations of our members for many years to come. We are extremely proud of the many years of service we have provided to our respective members and communities.
The companies will be working together over the next several months developing a transition plan and securing the necessary member and regulatory approvals.
