How are you holding up?

Please click here for contact information for all Middlesex Mutual departments. Many of our employees are working remotely, but will remain available to respond to your questions. Email may be the best method of contact during this time.

In times like these, community, friendship and kindness become even more important to the fabric of our society. It is normal to feel sad, stressed, confused, scared or angry during a crisis. Social distancing (a new phrase for all of us!) is hampering efforts to reach out and connect in ways we are used to.

Each of us has a story to tell and if you will indulge us, we would like to hear yours.

I will get the thread started with what is happening here at Middlesex Mutual.

-------------

Like many of you, in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, changes are happening every day. We started the week with the temporary closure of our office to visitors (until further notice) and will end the week with many of our employees working remotely from home.

We are all working to minimize service disruption for our policyholders. It is gratifying to see how our employees have stepped up to the challenge as they adjust to new workflows.

That is the work-side of things, from a personal-side; we are a tight-knit group and enjoy the comradery we share coming into this building each day. It is going to be different working from home and not being able to share a quick laugh over the partition or collaborate face-to-face on a project.

If you would like to join in, we would love to hear from you. In that spirit, we are reaching out to ask - How are you doing?
