Payment Options

Your Company, Your Choice!

If you have questions about your payment or policy, please contact your agent or broker.

We offer several payment options for your convenience:

Pre-Authorized Payments
 

Take advantage of our pre-authorized payment plan. No finance fees and you choose the frequency and payment date!

Choose your payment frequency:
  • Monthly
  • Quarterly
  • Semi-Annual
  • Annual
Choose your payment date:

You can choose any day of the month that is convenient for you.

Payments begin one month in advance of your policy effective date and are automatically withdrawn from your bank account. On set-up, an initial down payment may be required.

You will receive an invoice indicating payment dates and the amount of each payment. If you make changes to your policy that changes the premium, you will receive a new payment schedule.

At every renewal, you will receive a new schedule of payments. It is that simple.

 

How to get set up:

Enrolling is easy. Complete the Authorization for Pre-Authorized Debits form and return along with a void cheque. Scan and email us or fax to 519-666-0079.

 

Need to make a change?

If you want to make changes to your payment options, just give our office a call. Notification of at least ten (10) business days prior to your next scheduled debit is required to process the change.

Online Payments

We know your time is valuable and paying your invoice by credit card is now easier than ever. We currently accept Visa and Mastercard for payment of your insurance premiums (home, auto, business, farm). Use our secure web payment method for 24 hour, 7 day/week service.

Online payments will be applied to your account within two (2) business days.

 

Received a cancellation or expiry notice?

If your policy has expired or you received a cancellation notice you will not be able to pay online. Paying your balance does not automatically reinstate your policy. If you have any questions about your policy, please contact your agent or broker for assistance.

Make your payment online

Internet or Telephone Banking
Easy to use, simply add “Middlesex Mutual Insurance Co” as a payee and use your policy number as the account or reference number.
Other available payment methods

Policies can be paid at our office* using the following payment methods:

  • Cheque or Money Order – bring your cheque and the remittance portion of your invoice to our office or submit by mail.
  • Debit/Credit Card – policies can be paid at our office at or you can contact the office 519-666-0075 to make a credit card payment over the phone.
  • Cash – policies can be paid at our office or please contact your agent or broker to make arrangements.
